Not much time to relax this summer. After numerous performances in Los Angeles and Encinitas, I was headed straight to Denmark to perform a variety of chamber music at different festivals. I had the great pleasure to perform some of the best chamber pieces ever written: Brahms B Major Trio, Dvorak Dumky Trio, Schubert Cello Quintet, Brahms Sextet and a lot of other great music. Also the french repertoire was represented: Francaix Octet and Ravel Sonata for violin and cello. Both these pieces will be on Ensemble Mutatis debut CD, which will be released in spring 2017. As a grand finale to the busy summer, I went to one of my favorite places in the world, Prussia Cove in Cornwall, to play with wonderful musicians at the "Open Chamber Music"-sessions.
